Tomas Nochteff is a poet, musician, and visual artist born in Buenos Aires. He was a founding member of the band "Dios" (1992), with which he released a single album that has since achieved cult status. In 2003, Nochteff began creating cut-up poems composed of newspaper headlines, utilizing a ritualistic and oracular method to delve into both personal and collective psychic realms. By 2006, while based in Europe, he formed the internationally acclaimed duo Mueran Humanos. Originally conceived as an art project, the group quickly evolved into a highly personal and exploratory musical collaboration.
In addition to his musical pursuits in the field of avant rock and post punk, Nochteff has produced experimental music and developed an interdisciplinary artistic practice that integrates paper collage, video, and word collage. Since 2023, he has published two books of his cut-up poems: *The Reality Invaders Strike* and *Días Secretos*. Residing in Berlin since 2008, Nochteff continues to explore and expand his multifaceted creative universe.
