Mathías Chumino, also known as C03RA, is an Uruguayan new media artist. His practice focuses on the experimental processing and manipulation of digital images and sound, driven by a poetic vision and exploratory practice.

His methodology combines deep conceptual research with sustained experimentation, working across a wide range of tools, processes, and media. This approach results in installations and performances that challenge conventional perceptions of materiality, agency, and data.

He has showcased his work at biennials, as well as in exhibitions at museums and cultural venues across Germany, France, Japan, Canada, the United States, Russia, Uruguay, and beyond. His interdisciplinary practice spans audiovisual installations, live performances, and research based projects that explore and expand the expressive language of new media.
